Beep Test-
There will be a 20m distance in a gym, students will line up in one line, all together they will need to wait for the beep and they most run to the other cones on the end before the next beep goes off, they will need to run to the other set of cones before the beep goes off, if they are to running to the other end they are out.
Vertical Jump-
Students will stand with their side against the wall and both feet firmly placed on the ground, they need to reach as high as they can and try to reach a measurement, and that's recorded as a standing measurement, then the person/ student needs to jump as high as they can and slap the wall, that's the jump height measurement.

Sit & Reach-
Student need to remove their shoes, then they will sit on the floor with their legs fully extended and their feet against the box, the person will put their hands on each other and they will push their selves forward until they can't go anymore, then they will have to wait for five seconds and then they can release.

Sit up's-
Students will lie down on the floor with their knees bent and feet flat on the floor, their hands will be placed against their ears and they must be there for 30 seconds test assistant can help hold the participants feet down Students must do a complete sit-up, touching their elbows to their knees, they need to complete as many as possible in 30 secs.
Grip strength-
Student's will be given a set of hand grips, they need to use their dominant hand and they have to squeeze the handgrips, they need to get as much as they can in 30 seconds.
