Reflection on Passion Projects

This term the students got to fill out a survey to choose a subject for what they wanted to do, I chose digital world in digital world we got to make a augmented reality sandbox. We got to learn what an augmented reality sandbox was we got to build a augmented reality sandbox our selves with a teacher.otherwise we we would lose a finger, on the first week we got to know each other and get into groups and got our instructions our first instructions were  finding a name for the group then research an augmented reality sandbox. the next week we had to make measurements for the augmented reality sandbox. Week three we had to send letters to hardware company's asking for sand. Week four we had to make presentations.Today is the day we present our AR sandbox we have made a huge accomplishment we made the AR sandbox and it worked out we got the sand into it, and it just looks amazing. My team and other teams have worked super hard, and all that hard work was very worth it. today we are also presenting our AR sandbox slideshow, I will be blogging about that too. I am very existed to present and after we presented we get permission to go see other groups and see all their work.

Reflection on my time with Cyber smart.

1:What is a DLO you may ask? a DLO is anything that you can create digitally to share your learning. Normally it's something you have been asked to create to show an understanding of what you have learnt in particular class or lesson.

2 :   Who should know your password?

you your Mother father or parents or care givers they should be the people who know your password

you should always create a strong password so hackers can't log in and take everything like your work etc. If someone manged to hack into your computer change your password quickly make it more stronger.

3 : Digital dig

Find bar you can use the find bar to find words on a web page or in a document. 

Chromebook tip is you use ctrl+shift+T you can get a page back when you exited out, To select all text on a page just press ctril+A.

 

My favourite thing in cyber smart was learning new things and what to do and not to do on my Chromebook and how to keep myself safe online.

something I didn't enjoy was blogging to much. My cyber smart teacher was amazing she waited for us she gave us fun and existing work,but there are a few things she could work on she could just give us a little but more time so we don't feel rushed.

       The story of the bike and the tree

One day I was on my normal jog but this time I decided to head into the forest, it was fascinating the tree’s the sky and the water how it shined was beautiful. until something caught my eye there was a shiny object in the tree I thought it was an axe but I was mistaken.I went in for a closer look it was a bit creepy because it was a child's bike. After that happened I started coming to the forest more and more,I thought someone must of came here as a child and forgot there bike and just left it here so the tree must of grown on it or someone left it on a tree trunk while the tree was growing. I thought about the tree and the bike for almost three months, i decided to try and take it out and clean it up,and that's what I did.

This past week we have been learning in philosophy Growth and Fixed mindset, me and My Team mate Kahciar, My Team mate Kahciar has a growth mindset and I have a Fixed and a bit of growth mindset
Explaining Time: If a person has more  of fixed and a little bit of growth mindset they are more likely to have a creative side and a I can't do it side.0

These couple of weeks me and my friends have been working on a slide called RFOP, Short for Respect For Our Property,Respect is a positive feeling or action shown towards someone or something important.

My Poem Of a Majestic Seal Flap Flap

 

For a few Days I have been working on a poem about the majestic sea flap flap aka the stingray hope you enjoy my poem and have a good day.

                      
Me And my fellow class mates Heaven and Kachair have made a slid show about tune not any type of tuna by the Maori (long fined eels are called tuna) In Maori They call eels tuna.

It was a Friday on my Opa’s farm but lucky it wasn’t ruining like Thursday It was pouring that day it maid so much mud. Anyways back to my story Friday afternoon Me and My cousin were playing around then we noticed the BIG puddle of mud we wanted to play in it so we could be mud monsters. So we run inside to go ask our Opa so we could play in the mud and he looked at us with a serious face then he smiled and said of course. So we run to your rooms grabbed our customs (south African word for togs) and got changed I had to wait for my cousin to finish changing Then I grabbed his arm then I run as Fast as the flash to get to that mud so I jumped in as if I was jumping into a pool. We had so many competitions we tried who could dunk their head under mud the fastest without getting mud on our faces or hair but no one won but my dad’s brother saw us and face palmed then he grabbed the kiddie pool and the hose (If he told us we had a pool we wouldn’t be in the mud)  But the mud was funner but when he called me I went into mission mode try not to get clean mode so he called me he washed me off then he called Daniel my cousin while my uncle was washing me I run like flash jumped like my life depended on it just after he finished washing off Daniel he didn’t even realise that I went back into the mud. I high Fived Daniel then my uncle was confused and he forgot that he washed me off He was done washing me then Daniel but Daniel was full of mud my uncle was so confused it happened five more times then we started getting bored of it and we got hungry. I’m surprised my uncle was so confused all that time. When we were cleaned off dried then we put new clothes on then we all had dinner.

My 100 Word Challnge

“ I’m Home hey kitty how are you. Sorry the auditions were so long there was literally a line from there to Supermarket”. but I can say it’s going to be painful for me to get the girls to like me after all I am just new. (Yawn) “I better be in bed otherwise the girls are going to kill me tomorrow. After all it will be my first so I’m considering to try to push their buttons much. (The next day) Meow meow MEOW(cat translator feed me) agh moon get off me Oh no I forgot that I had work no no no no! I’m going to be late. Few I made it to the train. After work she went to the Performance she thought she was going to be late but she made it for rehearsals  when she got home she noticed that there was a little snail girl sleeping in her bed she was very confused of how she got there but when she got up close to her she had the erg to touch her shall “Agh WHOA your so cute”. After that day she became a mother took her to all her shows her work and feed bathed and looked after her but one night that changed they were walking together and then the little snail girl found a balloon so she held it and had a very strong grip on the balloon so it wont fly away but when there was a huge gust of wind the balloon started to sparkle and then it started picking the little girl up but before I could turn I felt a grip on my jacket it was her little hand. At that point I don’t know how she got up there by herself we were what looked like her home then that was the last day I would ever see her again then I fall off a cliff then I landed in a group of balloons one was attached to me then I floated down back to the ground.
