benefits of physical activities

Physical activities I do.

  1. Walk to the bus stop/ walk to school /bus/walk home
  2. Run around my house 
  3. Netball/Hockey
  4. walk around the school
Promise to my self 
for half an hour five times a day, I will try to make my running faster and not get puffed out easily.
